Peanut Butter and Bacon Jalapeño Poppers
6 jalapeño peppers
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
6 strips of bacon, cut in half
Preheat Roaster to 325°. Cut jalapenos in half, clean and
remove seeds. Fill pepper halves with about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, so
they are full, but not overfilled. Wrap each pepper in a half strip of bacon
and bake on wire rack in Roaster for 20-25 minutes until bacon is cooked
thoroughly.
